6. Platform Abuse #

Users must not:

  • Scan or probe infrastructure without permission
  • Perform denial-of-service attacks
  • Exploit vulnerabilities
  • Interfere with other users
  • Reverse engineer the platform except where permitted by law
  • Attempt to bypass subscription limits
  • Use stolen credentials

7. Spam and Automated Abuse #

Users may not use XAR Hub to:

  • Send unsolicited communications
  • Generate spam
  • Operate phishing campaigns
  • Distribute malware
  • Abuse APIs through excessive automated requests
  • Create fake accounts for abusive purposes

Reasonable automation that complies with platform documentation is permitted.

8. Intellectual Property #

Users must only upload content they have the legal right to use. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded materials do not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.

9. Security Responsibilities #

Users are expected to:

  • Maintain secure passwords
  • Protect account credentials
  • Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly
  • Keep software reasonably up to date
  • Prevent unauthorized access to their accounts

10. Fair Use #

Platform resources must be used responsibly. Excessive or abusive use that negatively impacts platform stability may result in rate limiting, temporary restrictions or suspension.

11. Enforcement #

If this Policy is violated, XAR Hub may take appropriate action, including:

  • Warning the user
  • Removing content
  • Restricting platform functionality
  • Suspending accounts
  • Permanently terminating accounts
  • Reporting unlawful activity to competent authorities where legally required

Enforcement decisions are made at XAR Hub's discretion, subject to applicable law.

12. Reporting Violations #

Users may report suspected violations through XAR Hub's official support channels. Reports should include sufficient information to allow investigation. Reports made in good faith will be reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.

13. Appeals #

Where appropriate, users may request a review of enforcement actions. Appeals should explain why the action is believed to be incorrect and include any relevant supporting information. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the original decision.

This Policy may be updated to reflect:
