Effective Date: July 2026
Version: 1.0
1. Purpose #
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules governing cancellations, refunds and subscription termination for XAR Hub services. It applies to all users purchasing paid services, subscriptions, premium modules or hardware from XAR Hub.
2. Scope #
This policy applies to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Premium modules
- Enterprise services
- Hardware products
- Professional services (where applicable)
3. Subscription Cancellation #
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting XAR Hub support. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal of future billing periods. Unless otherwise stated, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Automatic Renewal #
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Renewal charges are processed using the selected payment method. Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal if they no longer wish to continue the service.
5. Refund Eligibility #
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments.
- Incorrect billing due to a technical error.
- Accidental multiple purchases.
- Service unavailability caused solely by XAR Hub for an extended period.
Each request is reviewed individually.
6. Non-Refundable Purchases #
Unless required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Subscription periods already used.
- Premium modules after activation.
- Custom development services.
- Installation or setup services.
- Domain registrations.
- Third-party service fees.
7. Hardware Products #
Physical products purchased from XAR Hub may be eligible for return or replacement if they:
- Arrive damaged.
- Contain manufacturing defects.
- Differ materially from the ordered product.
Normal wear, accidental damage or misuse are not covered. Return shipping responsibilities may vary depending on the reason for the return and applicable law.
8. Enterprise Agreements #
Enterprise customers may be subject to individually negotiated commercial agreements. Where an enterprise agreement conflicts with this policy, the enterprise agreement shall prevail.
9. Failed Payments #
If payment cannot be successfully processed:
- Access to paid services may be temporarily restricted.
- Users may receive reminders to update payment information.
- Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services.
10. Chargebacks #
Users are encouraged to contact XAR Hub before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension while the matter is investigated.
11. Refund Process #
To request a refund, users should provide:
- Account email address.
- Invoice or transaction reference.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the request.
Additional information may be requested where necessary.
12. Processing Time #
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Actual processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

XAR Hub may modify pricing for future billing periods. Price changes do not affect payments already completed. Users will be informed of material subscription price changes before renewal where required by applicable law.
14. Consumer Rights #
